This is our real estate division. We have developed one of the first housing project in Guwahati styled as the NEHA APARTMENTS in Athgaon, Guwahati which was over 350units. Further, we are also developing a some more commercial and residential projects at some of the most premium locations in Guwahati. We have been also promoting and Building a housing complex styled as “THE NEHA APARTMENT” which consists of 10 Nos. of eleven-storied RCC Building in Athgaon locality of the city with RCC cast in situ piles of 400 mm dia of length from 15mtrs. to 21mtrs total 400 flats built, all of them had been completed and delivered.

We are also developing a residential cum commercial property in the posh survey locality area in Dispur, Guwahati. A total project of about 65,000sq.ft, this is a state of the art premium project. This project is being branded as FORTUNE CENTRAL.
